Design Facilitator

Advancing individual and collective well-being through authentic connection, collaboration, and creativity.

By building trusting and collaborative relationships I empower individuals and organizations to make the changes they need to flourish.

With a culturally adaptive and trauma-aware lens, I confidently attune to stakeholders, facilitate discussions and strategies, and co-create solutions alongside the diverse groups I serve.

Design Facilitation

Helping teams and communities create shared understanding and meaningful change through workshops, conversations, and group processes rooted in human-centred design and participatory approaches.

Structural Social Work Practice

Supporting the understanding of personal and professional obstacles through a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and interpersonal neurobiological approach, and using evidence-based methods for intervention and education.

Community Development

Guiding teams to uncover missing links and undiscovered strengths to improve their impact, and to create more sustainable, healthier, and harmonious shared spaces.

My 4 pillars

Foundations of My Approach

01

Building bridges between people & groups

Clear ideas and communication build trust. When we push through opaqueness and ambiguity, we create opportunities for connection and co-creation.

02

Presenting new perspectives on familiar challenges

Letting go of what isn't working and cultivating what wants to emerge organically.

03

Understanding our world as intrinsically interconnected

Curating what emerges to direct attention and energy where it wants to go.

04

Responsibility

Harnessing the emerging energy to design solutions inclusive of those at the edges.
